Sharon Smith

Sharon Ann Smith, 71, passed away Sunday, July 24, 2022.

A celebration of her life will be held at 10 am Tuesday, August 2, 2022, in the Minton Memorial Chapel.  Burial will follow in Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Sharon was born August 30, 1950, in Shamrock, Texas to Lloyd Beaty and Marion King Beaty.   She married Earnest "Ernie" Smith on September 30, 1972, in Stinnett.  Her world revolved around her grandkids.

She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Kenneth Beaty, Bill Beaty; step-brother, Kenny Prince; and step-sister, Glenda Guinn.

Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Ernie of Fritch; daughters, Neely Moore and husband Casey, Jacey Loftis and husband Jamie all of Michigan City, Indiana; Carrie Martinez of Borger; grandchildren, Terrance, Kirsten, Isaiah, Marcos, Daniel, Marianna; brother, Bob Beaty and wife Connie of Borger; step-brother, Jerry Prince and wife Trish of Borger; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family.
