Adela Soto

Adela Soto, 81, of Borger, died Saturday, August 29, 2009 in Borger. Rosary will be 6 p.m. Monday, August 31st, at the Minton Memorial Chapel. Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Tuesday September 1st, at St. Johns Catholic Church with Deacon Zeferino Jimenez officiating. Interment will follow at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Adela was born November 7, 1927 in Minaca, Chihuahua, Mexico. She moved to Borger ten years ago from Cuauhtemoc, Chihuahua, Mexico. Prior to moving to Borger she owned a taco stand in Mexico. Adela was a member of St. Johns Catholic Church in Borger.

Survivors include 2 sons Adauto Soto of Borger, Arturo Soto of Cuauhtemoc, Chihuahua, Mexico; 3 daughters Mireya Soto, and Natalia Soto, both of Borger, MaElena Soto of Puerta Vallarta, Mexico; a brother Luis Soto of Camargo, Chihuahua, Mexico; a sister Simona Soto of Cuauhtemoc, Chihuahua, Mexico; 14 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren.

Adela is preceded in death by her parents, and 2 brothers Crisoforo and Ernesto Soto.

Pallbearers will be Alberto Rojo, Adauto Soto, Luis Loya, Arturo Soto, Carlos Perez, Edgar Perez, Rodolfo Perez, Reynaldo Soto.
