AerWana Mayo Dull, 86, died Sunday, February 14, 2010 in Austin.
Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday at Minton Memorial Chapel with Dr. Jerry Lane pastor of the First United Methodist Church officiating. Graveside services will be at 3:00 p.m. Thursday at Laverne Memorial Cemetery in Laverne, OK. with Beau Collins, minister of Des Moines, Iowa. Arrangements are under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
AerWana was born on August 24, 1923 in Salina, Kansas and had been a Borger resident since 1952. She graduated from High School in 1942 in Laverne, OK. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Dull on March 26, 1985, one son Warren Dull in 1988, brother John Francis Mayo, and greatgrandson George M. Surles, IV. She enjoyed crosswords, reading and loved her grandkids and family. She was an awesome wife and mother and loved to take care of her family. She did anything she could to make extra money and arrange her schedule so that she could stay home and take care of her children.
She is survived by three daughters Wanda Ingram and husband Charles of Granbury, Franka Surles and husband George of Fritch, Lynn Sue Felker and fianc Will Indian of Austin, daughterinlaw Debbie Dull of Longview, stepmother Mildred Mayo of Broken Arrow, OK., brother Jerry Mayo of Glendale, AZ, two sisters Christina Abbott of Augusta, KS, Yvonne Lawrence of Coetta, OK, twelve grandchildren, twentythree greatgrandchildren and three greatgreat grandchildren.
The family will be staying at 1223 Cooley Dr. in Borger.
