Albert Yelton

Albert Warren Yelton, 90 of Borger, died on Wednesday, March 13, 2019. Graveside Services will be at 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 15 at Westlawn Memorial Park with Jake Minton officiating. Burial is under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors.
Albert was born on October 23, 1928 in Shidler, Oklahoma to Clarence Warren and Laura E. (Correll) Yelton. Albert married Mary Purl Jackson on October 18, 1947 in Oklahoma. He was a member of the American Legion. He loved woodworking, camping, hunting and fishing.
Albert was preceeded in death by his parents, wife, and daughter Peggy, two brothers and one sister.
He is survived by his son Kenneth Yelton and wife, Fay of Stinnett; grandchildren, Jennifer Wright, Tammy Hamby and husband, Beau, Robert Yelton and wife, Brandy; great grandchildren, Kenna Wright, Dani Wright, Kade Hamby, Emily Yelton, Luke Yelton and Cole Hamby.
