Angela Beams

Angela Carol Beams, 68, passed away Saturday, August 20, 2016.

A celebration of Angela's life will be held 2 pm Friday, August 26, 2016 at the Fritch Church of Christ, with Mr. Richard Kasko officiating. Services are under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Director of Borger. In lieu of flowers her memory may be honored with a gift to the High Plains Children's home.

Angela was born August 12, 1948 in Glover, Oklahoma to Etta Leanna Chandler and Davis D. Beams. She worked as a stillman at the Borger Refinery for 34 years. Angela was a member of the Fritch Church of Christ. She enjoyed reading, fishing and taking random road trips especially to Traders Joe's, South Fork Colorado and to Beavers Bend Oklahoma.

She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Michael.

Survivors include her son, Stephen Beams of Fritch; daughter, Michelle Henley of Shallowater; and four grandchildren, David Drew, Rebecca Grayce, Dailynn Renee and Desiree Leanna.
