Angela Starkey

Angela Christine Starkey, 24, passed away Wednesday, March 19, 2014.

Funeral service will be 1:30 pm Monday, March 24, 2014 at the Kingdom HallJehovahs Witnesses. Burial will follow in Highland Park Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 68 pm.

Angela was born March 14, 1990 in Borger to Ramsey and Nikki Starkey. She was one of Jehovahs Witnesses. Angela graduated from Borger High School in 2008 and from Amarillo College in 2012 as a registered nurse. She loved music, traveling, making people laugh, but her true love was her family.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Richard Starkey, Mike Improte, JoAnn Improte and an uncle, Randy Starkey.

Survivors include her parents, Ramsey and Nikki Starkey of Borger brothers, Andrew Starkey of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, Austin Starkey of Borger grandmother, Joyce Starkey of Siloam Springs, Arkansas aunts, Lori Thomas and her husband, Freddie of Borger, Ella Rachel Morales and her husband, Ramiro of Amarillo, Ann Marie Luna and her husband, Joventino of Amarillo, Esther Improte of Dallas, Rachel Ellenbecker and her husband, Joe of Siloam Springs, Arkansas uncle, Rick Starkey and his wife, Lori of Springtown and numerous cousins, Amanda Fly, Ryan Improte Morales, Ramiro Morales, Jr., Nathaniel Morales, Mikayla Morales, Justin Foster, Radley Starkey, Risa Starkey, Noah Starkey, Sammy Starkey, Kelsey Starkey and Jeriah Luna.
