Arona Frances Raymond, 86, died Monday, December 31, 2007 in Amarillo.BRBRServices will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Minton Memorial Chapel with Rev. Leonard Forsythe, Pastor Bible Baptist Church officiating. Interment will be in The Garden of Good Shepherd at Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.BRBRMrs. Raymond was born on December 25, 1921 in Red Cliff, Oklahoma. She had been a resident of Borger since 1930. She Worked for the City of Borger in the Parks Department and she loved her plants and her animals.BRBRShe is survived by her daughter - Glenna Wichert and husband Glen of Bentonville, Arkansas, brother - Lloyd Reynolds of Albuquerque, NM, sister - Jackie Campbell of Fritch, two grandsons - Roy Dale Karr and Martin Karr and one great-grandchild - Brayden Karr.BRBRHonorary casket bearers will be Brad Wichert, Wayland Wichert, Wesley Wichert, Shane Wichert, Roy Karr and Martin Karr.
