Audrey Mccormick

Audrey Jane Cozad McCormick, 72, died October 5, 2014 at her home in Stinnett. Funeral service will be 3:00 p.m. Friday at Victory Baptist Church with Rev. Jimmy Lewis, pastor officiating. Burial will follow at Stinnett Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Audrey was born June 19, 1942 in Ada, Oklahoma to Oscar Cozad and Helen Langston Cozad Hilton. She came to Stinnett 68 years ago and was a member of Victory Baptist Church where she helped in many ways. Audrey loved her grandkids and greatgrandkids she also loved the Texas Rangers and the Dallas Cowboys.

She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth, her parents and her sister Marie Kirby.

Mrs. McCormick is survived by her two sons Tony McCormick and his wife Renee and Troy McCormick both of Stinnett, her daughter Laura Sargent and her husband Ricky of Stinnett, her adopted son Eric Dansker of Rockville, Maryland, her brother Dalton Ray Butch Cozad of Childress, four grandchildren Amanda Sargent, Joshua Sargent, Carissa Glasgow and Cameron Seger, five greatgrandchildren Bryson, Ashlynn, Jocelynn, Raalynn and Zayne.
