B. Brannon

B. C. Brannon, 91, of Borger died Friday Oct. 15th in Amarillo, Texas.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 pm Wed. Oct. 20th at Church of Christ at Borger. Interment will be in The Garden of Love at Westlawn Cemetery under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

B. C. was born April 30, 1919 in Dodd City, Texas to Isaac and Lizzie Brannon. He was the minister at Jim Hall St. Church of Christ and was a retired airplane assembly mechanic. He was a longtime Borger resident. He was preceded in death by his parents, sons Ronald Williams and Earnest James, and first wife Shirley. He married Jonell Wilson Nov. 26, 1994 at Plainview, Texas.

He is survived by his wife Jonell of the home, three sons Bobby Ray Brannon and Robert Brannon both of Portland, Oregon, Robin Charles Brannon of Edmund, Oklahoma, twelve stepchildren Wanda Hancox, Bertha Taylor, Sharon Jackson, Darry mcKelvy, Donny McKelvy, Richard McKelvy, Kenneth McKelvy, Frank McKelvy, Scott McKelvy, Darlene McKelvy, Rhonda Brown and Angela Shasser, brother L. J. Brannon of Childress, Texas, two sisters Verdele Jackson of Shermen, Texas and Adele Bates of Bonham, Texas. Eleven grandchildren, thirtysix stepgrandchildren, and
six greatgrandchildren.
