Benita Himmelberg

Benita Catherine Himmelberg, 81, died June 11, 2013 in Borger. Rosary service will be said at 7:00 p.m. Thursday at Minton Memorial Chapel. Funeral Mass will be 10:00 a.m. Friday at St. Johns Catholic Church with Father Richard Zanetti officiating, interment will follow at Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Benita was born to B. C. and Martha Fehling Himmelberg March 19, 1932 in Glasglow, Missouri. She was a member of St. Johns Catholic Church and had lived at St. Anns Nursing Home for fifteen years before moving to Borger one year ago. She had been an area resident since 1949.

She is survived by her brother Glen Himmelberg of Columbia, Missouri and her two sisters Jerrie Judd of Borger and Kathy Dodson of Fritch and numerous nieces and nephews.
