Benny Karr

Benny Walter Karr 78, of Borger passed away on November 5, 2020. Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday November 10, 2020 at Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Benny was born on June 2, 1942 in Borger, Texas to Eldon and Agnes Karr. He was a 1961 graduate of Stinnett High School.

He was a loving husband and father. Benny enjoyed playing dominoes and watching his grandchildren playing sports Benny was a huge Borger bulldog, and Canadian Wildcat fan.

He was proceeded in death by his parents Eldon and Agnes Karr, a brother Price Karr and a sister Patricia Morgan.

He survived by his wife Karen, a daughter Kristi Dorris and husband Mark, a son Dennis Karr and wife Cindy, Five grandsons Camden Dorris and wife Rachel of Wheeler, Kelby Dorris of Dallas, Christopher and wife Sarah of Abilene, Texas, Mason Karr and wife Savannah of Kelso,Washington, Chance Karr and wife Katie of Haskell, Oklahoma. Two granddaughters Kamie Dorris of Austin, Claire Karr of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and 7 great grandchildren.
Two brothers Bob Karr and wife Linda of Mountain Home, Arkansas, Mickey Karr and wife Janet of Pampa, Texas, several nieces and nephews.
