Bessie Ovella Cooper, 78, died Sunday, April 1st in Amarillo.BRBRServices will be at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Church of Christ at Borger with Mr. Zeb Sailors of Pampa, officiating and Mr. Richard Kasko of Fritch Church of Christ, assisting. BRBRMrs. Cooper was born on June 1, 1928 in Wheeler, Texas. She was a beautician for 25 years and owner and operator of Cooper's Western Wear for 22 years. Bessie married Bob Cooper on June 1, 1946 in Stinnett.She loved her family, friends and gardening. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bert Stella Davis, three sisters - Geneva Conwell, Laura Vee Davis, and Addie Martin and four brothers - Dick Davis, Andy Davis, Ray Davis and Bernice Davis.BRBRShe is survived by her husband, Bob of the home, son - Fred Cooper wife, Marilee of Borger, brother - Henry Davis of Stinnett, two grandsons - Cory Cooper wife, Becca of Borger, Carl Cooper of Borger, and granddaughter - Kendra Cooper of Borger, and two great-grandchildren - Gavin Mason Cooper of Borger.
