It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Bethany Palmer, who bravely fought a long and arduous battle with sarcoma for 17 years. Bethany, born May 10, 1979, left this world on April 2, 2024, surrounded by the love and warmth of her family.
Bethany was a beacon of strength and resilience, facing each day with a courage that inspired all who knew her. Despite the challenges she endured, she never lost her joyful spirit or her love for life's simple pleasures. Bethany's fondness for shopping was known to all, and even in her final days, she wanted to go to Target!
She leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories, forever imprinted in the hearts of her parents, Tom and Gail Palmer of Bugbee; her children, Alanna McKee and Ryan Palmer of Amarillo; and her sister, Stacie Mitchell of Denver.
The family extends their deepest gratitude to all those who supported Bethany throughout her battle with sarcoma. Your donations of time and resources provided Bethany with strength and hope during her most challenging times.
Though Bethany may have bid farewell to this earthly realm, her spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those who were blessed to know her. We are blessed to know that Bethany knew Jesus and will spend eternity in heaven, May she rest in peace, free from pain, and surrounded by the love she so generously shared.
In honor of Bethany's memory, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Sarcoma Foundation of America, continuing the fight against this relentless disease.
