Betty Mitchell

Betty Ann Mitchell, 72 of Colorado City, formerly of Panhandle and White Deer died Wednesday May 20th in San Angelo. Graveside services will be 11:00 am Tuesday May 26th at Panhandle Cemetery. Burial is under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Panhandle.

Betty was born January 22, 1943 in Panhandle to Levie and Emma Smart Mitchell. She was a custodian for several schools. She moved to Colorado City from Panhandle and White Deer.

She is survived by sons Jeff Sharp and Kay of Panhandle: Heath Clay Mann and Louise of Colorado City. Brother Bobby Mitchell of Amarillo. Sisters Shirley Woodland of Beaumont, Vickie Carver of Spurger, and Juanita Welchel of Claude. Special friend Jim Gibbs. Ten Grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren with on the way. Several nieces and nephews.
