Betty Pennington

Betty Jean Pennibgton, 79, of Fritch, Texas died Feb. 18th in McAllen, Texas.

Funeral services will be 10:30 am Tuesday at Minton Memorial Chapel with Jake Minton officiating. Burial will be in the Serenity Garden at Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Betty was born Oct. 29, 1930 to Buford and Goldie Ingerson at Reydon, Oklahoma and had moved to Borger in 1951. She married Pascal Pennington on May 4, 1946 in Wheeler, Texas.She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents Buford Goldie Ingerson.

Casket bearers will be Ed Stimson, Roger Sepulveda, Tony Higgins, Paul Packebush, Larry Joe Reed and Steve McCarthy.

Surviving is her husband Pascal of the home, son Leland and Shirl Pennington of Borger, daughters Diane Martin and husband Don of Borger and Margaret Kent of Borger, grandchildren Phillip Martin of Fritch, Natalie and Chad Willett of Lubbock, Robert and Mindy Sewell of Fritch. James and Kim Pennington of Pryor, Ok., Shawn Pennington of Pryor, Ok., Danetta Pennington of Goldsburg, NC.
