Betty Stone

Betty June Stone, 73, died Saturday, January 1, 2011 in Amarillo.

Memorial services will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Central Baptist Church with Bill Burkholder of Miami, TX officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Betty was born on March 2, 1937 in Borger and had been a lifetime resident of Borger. She was the purchasing agent for Cal Farleys and member of the Central Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and loved her family. She spent a lot of time at Cal Farleys.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents James Nora Brown, three brothers, two sisters, son Gary Stone, grandson Eric Stone and greatgranddaughter Bentlea Stone.

She is survived by two sons Robert Stone and wife Cathy and Roger Stone all of Borger, daughter Joy Lopez and husband Rick of Borger, brother Bill Brown of Emett, Idaho, thirteen grandchildren and ten greatgrandchildren.
The family will be staying at 509 Bowie in Borger.
