Beverly Callahan

On Tuesday, March 29, 2011, Beverly June Callahan was met by husband Hughie, son Thomas, daughter Geraldine Adams and two grandsons Michael Coates Allen Myers when she went home to be with the Lord.

Interment will be at the National Cemetery in Fort Huachuca, Arizona, later. Cremation is under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Fritch.

Mrs. Callahan was born on June 2, 1926 in Vacaville, CA and had been a Fritch resident since 2000. She was a waitress for Waffle House for twenty years and was a Baptist. She especially enjoyed gardening. She was preceded in death by her parents, Marion Louisa Bartell, her husband Hughie Callahan and her son Thomas Callahan.

She will be greatly missed by four sons Michael Callahan and wife Marie of Fritch, Patrick J. Callahan and wife Claire of Fairfield, CA, Shaun B. Callahan and wife Calleen of Darby, Montana and Steven Callahan of Tucson, AZ, daughter Francis DAmbrose of Vallejo, CA, nineteen grandchildren, thirtyeight greatgrandchildren and two greatgreat grandchildren.
