Bobbie Courtney

Bobbie Gay Murley Courtney, 69 of Borger died Monday November 3rd in Borger. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Friday November 7th at First Baptist Church Fritch with Bobby Bridges and Brian Sweeny officiating. Burial will be at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Bobbie was born April 21, 1945 in Gainesville, TX to Clyde and Willie Augusta Luna Murley. She married Danny Courtney March 28, 1964 in Borger. She was a member of First Baptist Church Fritch where her husband is pastor. She loved reading, cooking and doing crafts.

Bobbie was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and a granddaughter Stephanie Courtney.

Bobbie is survived by her husband of 50 years, Danny her son David Courtney of Pampa, TX. her daughters Kristi Harms and husband Greg of Borger and Mandy Hernandez of Fritch. Five Grandchildren Sarah Harms, Nathan Harms, Kelci Courtney, Jaiton Hernandez and Brenden Courtney.
