Bobby Hodges

Bobby Roy Hodges, 79 of Fritch died January 13, 2014 in Amarillo. Funeral services will be 10:00 am Thursday January 16th at Fortress Baptist Church with Pastor Mark England officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Fritch.

Bobby was born October 31, 1934 in Saint Jo, Texas to John Mack and Zada Pearl Warner Hodges. He drove a truck for Enron. He married Norma Jean Whitfield June 9, 1951 at Olton, Texas. He loved to work in the yard and after his stroke loved to do wood burning.

He is preceded in death by his parents and son Bob Hodges Jr.
Bobby is survived by his wife of Fritch. Son John Hodges of Fritch. Daughters LaFonda Gerhart of Lubbock, TX and Georgia Wilson of Fritch. Eleven grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
