Carl Jones

Carl Jones 75, of Borger passed away on Thursday, July 13, 2023, in Borger. Graveside services will be 2:00 pm on Tuesday, July 18, 2023, at Garden of Memories in Paducah, Texas. Burial is under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Carl was born on July 9, 1948, in Paris, Texas to James and Lenora (Ainsworth) Jones. He was a farmer for most of his life. He loved baseball and playing dominos.

Preceding him in death are his parents; brothers, James Earl jones and James C Jones; sisters, Carolyn and Betty Jones.

Surviving is his daughter, Carol Nelms of Borger; brothers, Leroy Jones of Amarillo and John Jones of Borger; sisters Merlean Embers, Erma Smith, and Novella Jones all of Borger; grandchildren, Natalie Tillman, Mia Dickson, Mya Dickson, and Monta Dickson; great grandchildren, Aviawna, Azariah, Autyanna, Aric, Dominic and Nova.
