Arrangements are under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.BRBRCarol was born on May 5, 1952 in Borger and had lived in Stinnett for the past 30 years. She was a homemaker and member of Faith Fellowship Church. She enjoyed needlepoint and her passions were God, church, riding motor cycles and her family. She was preceded in death by her father and her grandparents.BRBRShe is survived by her husband, Dan Blackburn of the home, daughter - Susan Blackburn of Stinnett, sister - Sherilyn Willis of Friona.
