Carolyn J. Gomoke, 70, of Fritch died Monday Feb. 13th at Plainview, Texas. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Thursday Feb. 16th at Faith Baptist Church in Fritch. Officiating will be Don Rice, pastor and Jeremy Rice . Burial will be at Westlawn Cemetery in the Garden of Evergreen under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Fritch.

Carolyn was born January 23, 1942 at Borger, Texas to E. ODell Hanner and Cleo Shelburn Hanner . She married Charles Gomoke Aug. 27, 1960 at Newport, Oregon. She was a housewife and loved to read and sew. She was a Charter member of Faith Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband Charles. Sons Jeffrey Allan and wife Crystal of Lubbock, Texas. Corbet Bryan and wife Teresa of Frisco, Texas. Brother Gordon Hanner of Oregon. Sister Vicky H. Grant of Dallas, Texas. Grandsons Jonathan, Aaron and Ethan.
