Carolyn Popple

Carolyn Jane Popple, 66, of Borger died Wednesday, July 1, 2015. Memorial services will be at 3:00 p.m., Friday, July 3rd at Minton Memorial Chapel with Assistant Bishop Scott Gordon officiating.
Carolyn was born September 2, 1948 in Borger, to Robert and Doris Hodges Wetherbee. She married Doug Popple on April 22, 1983 in Odessa, TX. Carolyn returned to Borger in 2011 and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She loved cooking, crocheting, and her dogs.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Susan Henry, and her granddaughter, Maddie Henry in 2004.
She is survived by her husband, Doug; sons, Rob Henry and wife, Amber of Borger and Eric Popple and wife, Julie of San Tan Valley, AZ; daughters, Shannon Alfaro of Odessa, and Alicia Popple of Apache Junction, AZ; sister, Patsy Stombaugh of Borger; grandchildren, Austin Henry, Ashleigh Alfaro, Aleaxis Stoghlin, Jacob Popple, Payton Popple, Skylar Popple; and one great-grandchild on the way, Aizlea Renee'.
