Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Fellowship Baptist Church with Rev. James Berry, Pastor of Southside Baptist Church officiating and Gary Sams officiating at graveside service. Interment will be in The Garden of Love at Westlawn Memorial Park
Mr. Hodge was born on August 2, 1926 in Athens, TX to Robert and Emma Hodge. He married Ella Mae Jackie Jones on November 11, 1944 in Altus, OK. He had lived in the area since 1946 and served in the U.S. Army during WWII. Cecil was a member of Southside Baptist Church where he also served as a deacon.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Ella Mae Jackie in 1998, great grandson Trevor Jacob Keeton in 1997, granddaughter Cecilia ONeill in 1999, great grandson Aidan Ferguson in 2001, 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
His survivors include 3 sons Cecil Kerry Hodge and wife Darlene of Lefors, Thomas Robert Hodge of Borger, Lanise Dale Hodge and wife Karen of Groover; 3 daughters Peggy Jean White, Pam Leinen and husband Jimmy, Kathy Berry and husband James all of Borger; 20 grandchildren and 42 great grandchildren.

Casket bearers will be Joe Castagnetta, Marvin York, Mike Berry, Larry Hunt, Sam Riley and Donald Stang, and honorary bearers will be her grandsons.
There will be a visitation from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday at the Borger funeral home.
In Lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be made to Odyssey Hospice 6900 I-40 West, Suite 150 Amarillo, TX 79106.
