Charles Gray

Charles Terry Gray, 69, of Borger died Monday, May 6, 2013 in his home.

Memorial service will be at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, May 9, at the Church of Christ with Mr. Denny Sneed officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Terry was born in Dumas, TX to Oliver L. and Vivian Gray on April 24, 1944. He has lived in the Borger area since 1945 and was a member of the Church of Christ at Borger. Terry was a member of the Benevolent Order of Elks in Borger 1581. He was a Class A Craftsman for J.M. Huber for 30 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, O.L. Gray, Sr. and Vivian sister Betty Porter and brother O.L. Gray, Jr.

Terry is survived by his wife, Julie sons Dennis Gray and wife Laura of Aztec, New Mexico and Kevin Gray of Borger a daughter Shelly Mantooth and husband Ron of Amarillo five grandchildren, Jeremy, Aaron, and Dustin Gray, Matthew and Andrew Mantooth greatgrandson Drew Gray.

The family requests memorials to be made to Harrington Cancer Foundation, 1600 Wallace Blvd., Amarillo, TX 79106, referencing BSA Hospice.
