Cheryle Janette Clark, 63, passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2019.
A celebration of her life will be held at 11 am on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at Celebration Family Church with Pastor Dwight Kirksey officiating. In lieu of flowers her memory may be honored with a gift to Sisters Retreat, 419 Bruce Avenue, Dumas, Texas 79029.
Cheryle was born July 18, 1956 in Amarillo to Kenneth Edward Clark and Gladys Ruth Story Clark. She had an undeniable work ethic and it showed through as the city secretary in Sanford for many years before going to work for Revelation Oil and Gas. Cheryle enjoyed bowling, fishing, listening to music, traveling to the Rocky Mountains and playing poker with her family especially beating her brother Alvin. An avid NASCAR fan her favorite driver was Ryan Newman. She never missed a Colorado Rockies baseball game either watching it or listening to it, her favorite player was Trevor Story. Cheryle was a devoted member of Celebration Family Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents; son, George Edward Williamson; and brothers, Alvin Clark and Donald Wesley Story.
Survivors include her son, Michael Williamson and Paula Pritchard of Fritch; soulmate, Terry Worthy of Fritch; grandchildren, James Perryman “Perry” Williamson, Addison Mackenzie McCraw, Allie Burney, Nicholas Nunn; sisters, Sandra Matthews and husband Doyle of Keys, Oklahoma, Carol Henderson and husband Mike of Dumas; sister-in-love, Sharon Clark of Amarillo; and a host of extended family.
