Cindy Seymour, 67, passed away on December 21, 2020, leaving behind family and friends to mourn.  She was a beloved wife to Danny Seymour for 38 years; devoted and loving Nana of Bryna and Brooke Armstrong.

Private family services are scheduled.  Cindy will lie in state at Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger beginning 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm Tuesday and 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Wednesday. In lieu of flowers her memory may be honored with a contribution to the Danny Seymour Scholarship Fund in honor of her granddaughters at any Pantex Federal Credit Union location or mailed to Pantex Federal Credit Union, P.O. Box 213, Fritch, TX 79036.

Cindy Seymour was born November 18, 1953 in Borger, TX to Richard Patterson and Glenda Campbell Patterson.  She graduated from Borger High School in 1972 and went on to Frank Phillips College where she graduated with two Associates degrees in accounting.  Before retiring in 2012, she was an administrative assistant at Canadian River Municipal Water Authority.

Cindy was an avid animal lover and was known to take in strays and rescues of all kinds.  She enjoyed sitting on her back patio taking in the beautiful scenery and feeding her pet blue jays.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her baby brother Howard Connelly Patterson.

Cindy is survived by her husband Danny Seymour, her mother-in law Willie Mae Seymour of Borger, her two sons Michael Armstrong and friend Pam Hogue of Amarillo, Chris Armstrong and wife Francis of Amarillo,  granddaughters Bryna and Brooke Armstrong, sister Joy Howard and husband Ronald of Fritch  brother Richard Patterson, Jr. and wife Rosalyn of Sugarland, TX, one nephew, two nieces,  two great nieces and two great nephews.

The service will be recorded and placed on mintonchatwell.com under her obituary. Her service will also be live-streamed at 2:00 on her obituary.
