Ted Wilson, Pastor of St. Andrews United Methodist Church officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Borger, Texas.BRBRMrs. Kiphart was born on October 23, 1915 in Oklahoma City, Ok., She married Orel Kip Kiphart, and he preceded her in death. She had lived in Montgomery, Texas for nine years moving there from Borger. She was a homemaker.BRBRShe is survived by her son, Orel Kiphart, Jr. of Montgomery, Tx, six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
