Claude (Claudie) Milton Hooks III,
Claudie 52 of Stinnett, went home to be with the Lord August 2, 2015 at United Methodist Center in Lubbock, TX surrounded by his loving family. Services will be held at Word of Life Church in BunaVista, TX August 5, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. The Family will meet at 307 Pinehurst St. Borger, TX. Following the service.
Claudie was born May 29, 1963 in Borger, TX to Claude Jr. and Christine (Lopez) Hooks of Fritch TX. He was preceeded in death by his Father Claude Hooks Jr. and his Grandparents Claude Hooks Sr., Mary Hooks of Stinnett, TX, and Orlando J Lopez of Borger,TX. He is survived by his Mother Christine (Lopez) Hooks, His Grandmother Emma Lopez of Borger TX, three sisters: Cynthia Leamon of Waxahachie, TX, Denise Hooks(Lee Black) Black of Fritch, TX, Wendy Hooks of Fritch,TX. and one brother Caleb Hooks of Fritch TX, six children: Claude Milton Hooks IV, (Britteny Hooks) Erin Johnson, (James Johnson) Cole Hooks and Chris Hooks, Claudia Hooks and John Paul Hooks, and three Grandchildren: Baydon Hooks, Amber Hooks, and Zaida Johnson.
Claudie had numerous nieces and nephews who loved him very much.
Claudie graduated from Stinnett High School and attended Frank Phillips College where he was a member of the Frank Phillips College Rodeo Team. He worked in the Oil and Trucking Industry for many years. Claudie loved spending time with his family and his greatest joys in life were fishing, boating, being with friends and living life to the fullest. Claudie had a big heart and always helped others in need. He will be greatly missed.
