Leo Cutler, 81, died Wednesday, October 4th, 2006 in Amarillo, Texas.BRBRGraveside services will be at 12:00 p.m. Saturday in The Garden of Devotion at Westlawn Memorial Park with Rev. Dwight Kirksey of Grace Fellowship Church officiating. Masonic graveside rites will be under the auspices of Adobe Walls Masonic Lodge 1355. Arrangements are under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Borger, Texas.BRBRMr. Cutler was born on September 4, 1925 in Shamrock, Texas and had been a Borger resident for 36 years. He was in law enforcement in Amarillo and Borger in both the Sheriff's Department and the Police Departments for 35 years. He served in the U.S. Navy for 20 years. He married Shizue Sally Hachisuka on April 18, 1957 in Tokoyo, Japan. He was active in the Adobe Walls Masonic Lodge 1355, was a 32nd degree Mason, member of the Khiva Shrine Temple, local VFW and the Sheriff's Association. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hazel and Bob Johnson, his father, C. C. Cutler, sister, Lajuana Walter, brother, Dorman Cutler and son, Mark Cutler in 1994.BRBRHis survivors include his wife - Shizue Sally Cutler of the home, three daughters - Melinda Cutler of Borger, Mody Montgomery of Amarillo, Michele McWilliams, and her husband Hank of Fritch, six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and one on the way.
