Clinton Tidenberg

Clinton "Clint" L. Tidenberg, 86, passed away Thursday, May 17, 2018.

Graveside services will be held at 2 pm on Monday, May 21, 2018 at Westlawn Memorial Park with Pastor Tim Tidenberg officiating. Services are under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger. In lieu of flowers his memory may be honored with a gift to BSA Hospice of the Southwest, 5211 SW 9th Ste., 100, Amarillo, Texas, 79106.

Clint was born October 28, 1931 in Clovis, New Mexico to Hillary Tidenberg and Gladys Stagner Tidenberg. He proudly served in the United States Air Force. Clint married Peggy Knoblock on August 7, 1954 in Sacramento, California. He served as the Area Manager for Southern Union Gas Company in Borger and PNM in New Mexico. Clint was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. He enjoyed stamp and coin collecting as well as doing woodworking and metal detecting.

He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Peggy; and brother, James.

Survivors include his daughter, Cheryl Garrison and husband Eddie of Borger; son, David Tidenberg and wife Elaine of Amarillo; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter; and numerous nieces and nephews.
