Clyde Hutto

Clyde O. Hutto, 93, died Monday, July 18, 2011 in Borger.

Memorial service will be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday at Minton Memorial Chapel with Rev. Leonard Forsythe, Pastor of Bible Baptist Church officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Clyde was born on June 12, 1918 in Burnum County, Texas and had been a Borger resident since 1948. He was a shift foreman for J.M. Huber Corp. He married Mary Elizabeth Armatage and she preceded him in death in 1987. He was also preceded in death by his son Lyle in 2009. Clyde served in the US Army during WW II and played for the Borger Gassers.

He is survived by his son Larry Hutto of Borger, his twin sister Cleo Wilson of Austin, four grandchildren, four greatgrandchildren and four greatgreat grandchildren.
