Connie Lee

Connie Jo Lee, 69, passed away Monday, September 18, 2017.

Graveside service will be held 10 am on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at Stinnett Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
In lieu of flowers her memory may be honored with a gift to the American Cancer Society.

Connie was born June 25, 1948 in Borger to Betty Jo McClenagan Carter and William Carter, Jr. She had a true passion for gardening and was known to bring lifeless plants back to life. Connie enjoyed reading and eating ice cream. Her true love was teaching but nothing brought more joy to her life than her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren who affectionately called her "GG."

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jimmy "J.D." Lee; and son, Randy Lee.

Left to carry on her amazing legacy are her daughter, Vickie Temple and husband, William of Stinnett; son, Ricky Lee of Borger; daughter-in-law, Teressa Lee of Stinnett; five grandchildren, Krisha Temple and Donny, Heather Murley and husband Chucky, Dain Lee, Jaten Lee, Jamie Lee; six great grandchildren, Morgan, Aspen, Peyton, Sage, Trace, Haven; sister, Sudie Knight of Borger; canine companion, Sadie; numerous nieces and nephews and a host of extended family.
