Crystal Surges

Crystal Lynn Surges, 56, passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2015.

A memorial service will be held 3 pm Sunday, August 2, 2015 at the First Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Terry Porter, officiating. Cremation is under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger. The family will receive friends at 421 East Broadway in Stinnett on Saturday, August 1, 2015 at 7 pm.

Crystal was born April 1, 1959 in Ontario, California to Lee and Esther (Wootten) Womack. She graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University and was a youth pastor for many years. Crystal loved being with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Fred Surges; mother, Esther Wootten Womack of Ontario, California; son, Daniel Surges and wife Maggie of Borger; daughters, Cheryl Nemback of California, Kelsie Bennett and husband Ryan of Borger; grandchildren, Amiea, Madilynn, Avianna, Madison, Katharine, Brandon and Kody; brothers, Kevin Womack and wife Trudy of Big Bear, California, Kent Womack and wife Kim of Sanford, North Carolina, Kirk Womack of Ontario, California; sister, Wendy Lozonne and husband Robert of Upland, California; and a host of extended family.
