Dan Franklin Gamble

Dan Franklin Gamble, 90, of Fritch passed away on Sunday, February 11, 2024, at home. Graveside services will be 11:00 am Thursday, February 15, 2024, at Westlawn Memorial Park. Burial is under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Dan was born September 15, 1933, in Marlow, Oklahoma to Rubbie and Edith Gamble. He worked for Phillips as a pipeline inspector. He was a lifetime member of the Benevolent Order of the Elks. Dan enjoyed playing golf, bowling, playing poker and watching westerns.

Preceding him in death are his parents; wife, Betty; children, Danny Lee Gamble and Katherine Ann Basham; brother, Bobby Lee Gamble; sisters, Loyce Sable, Joyce Toole, and Betty Ann Sparks.

Surviving is his grandson, James Basham of Fritch and a great grandson, Peyton Basham.
