Danny Lowe

Fritch Memorial service for Danny K. Lowe, 81, will be 3:00 p.m. Tuesday at 1st Southern Baptist Church in Fritch with Rev. Jim Howard, Pastor of Fortress Baptist Church officiating. Mr. Lowe died Sunday at his home in Fritch. Services are under direction of Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Fritch.

He was retired from Phillips Petroleum Co. after 35 years as a Safety Supervisor and has lived in the area since 1944. Danny was a former Mayor of Fritch and served on the City Council. He was an avid golfer and loved baseball and singing.

Mr. Lowe married Peggy Medaris on June 18, 1953 at 1st Baptist Church in Borger.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years Peggy, 2 daughters Teri Dobbs and her husband David and Danna Rowh and her husband Guy all of Fritch, his brother Howard Lowe of Baird, TX, his sister Loyce Brown of Amarillo, 5 Grandchildren Staci Cramer, Amber Charlton and husband Jim, Cody Dobbs and wife Tiffany, Darby Cantu and husband Brian and Cassie Rowh and 8 Great-Grandchildren.
