David Dennis

David D. " Danny" Dennis, 77 of Borger went to be with his Lord Friday March 16th in Borger. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Tuesday at Minton Memorial Chapel. Burial will be under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger in Westlawn Memorial Park. Family and friends visitation will be Monday from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm March 19th at the funeral home.
Danny was born December 24, 1940 at Witchita Falls, TX to Earl and Opal (Patton) Dennis. He was a member of Gateway Baptist Church. He was a carrier for the US Postal Service. He Married Jerri Ann Hilton May 23, 1958 in Pampa, TX. He loved auto racing, camping and especially his grandkids and great grandkids.
Danny was preceded in death by his parents, wife daughters Dana, JoEtta Cheek and Janet Green and a sister Marie Brown.
Surviving is a son James Dennis and wife Abby of Stinnett. Brothers Tommy and wife Charlotte Dennis of Fritch; Bobby and wife Wilma Dennis of Fritch. Sister Sarah and husband Cecil Hopkins of Borger. Grandchildren Matt and wife Amy Green; Brent and Sarah Green; Ashley White; Justin Dennis and Tyler Cheek. Great grandchildren Kynlie Green, Kasen Green; Conner White and Branson White.
