David L. Dull left this earth to be with his Lord and Savior on September 1, 2017 in Amarillo, Tx.
A memorial service will be held at 12:00 noon Saturday September 9, 2017 at First Baptist Church in White Deer with Reverend Alan Wilson officiating. He will be laid to rest at a private family gathering at a later date under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Home in Panhandle.
David was born on February 1, 1956 in Wewoka, Oklahoma to J.L. (Buster) and Lucille Dull.
He leaves behind his loving wife Melanie Dull of White Deer; stepdaughter, Macy Cockrell and granddaughter, Kyeli of Sweethome, Or.; sister, Linda and husband John Hogue of White Deer; sister-in-law, Val Dull of Pampa; 1 grandson, Christian of Skellytown; numerous nieces, nephews and loving family.
David loved the Lord with his whole heart. He enjoyed being at home with his loving wife and dogs. He was continuously making people laugh by his quick wit and his "out of nowhere" jokes and comments. David loved helping others, gardening, fishing, inventing numerous items and flirting! He worked at Allsups and Melvin Hammons Janitorial Service.
David was preceded in death by his mother, father, sister, brother and son.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the First Baptist Church of White Deer or the White Deer food bank.
