David Garton

David Ray Garton, 49, passed away Wednesday, January 24, 2018.

A celebration of his life will be held at 11 am on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 in the Minton Memorial Chapel. Services are under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

David was born November 15, 1968 in Amarillo, Texas to Donald Ralph Garton and Kathy Jean Garton. He graduated from Borger High School in 1987. David was kind hearted and never met a stranger. Some may even call him charismatic and eccentric. David was strong willed and loved to agitate people.

He is preceded in death by his Granny and Pop; father, Donald and brother, Nick Garton.

Survivors include his mother, Kathy Garton of Borger; grandmother, Nadine Keeton; brothers, Brian Garton and wife Paula of Fritch, Greg Garton and wife Jennifer of Borger; Greg's kids, Jerad Stewart, Mackenzie Garton; Brian's kids, Alyssa, Kaylor, and Abby; and a host of extended family and friends.
The family will be at 407 Dolomita in Borger.
