David Wayne Lewis, 49, died Monday, February 12th, 2007 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.BRBRServices will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the First United Methodist Church in Panhandle with Rev. Jeff Matsler, Pastor officiating. Interment will be in Clarendon Cemetery under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Panhandle.BRBRMr. Lewis was born on January 18, 1958 in Clarendon. He had been a Panhandle resident for 25 years. He married Jackie Donaldson on June 30, 1978 in Allison, Texas. He was a firearms instructor for Wackenhut Services, Inc. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruth Roberts Lewis in November, 2005.BRBRHe loved roping and golf, and was a master at smoking and Bar-B-Quing.BRBRHis survivors include his wife - Jackie Lewis of the home, son - Daniel Lewis and wife Amber of Weatherford, Tx., daughter - Daranda Watson and husband Kenneth of Panhandle, father - Jack Lewis of Clarendon, Tx., brother - Steve Lewis and wife Pam of Amarillo, and one grandchild - Kyle Tate Lewis.
