David Martin

David Burton Martin, 54 of Panhandle died Sunday, November 17th at home. Graveside services will be 2:00 pm Thursday November 21st at Panhandle Cemetery with Dr. Rev. Jerry Lane, pastor White Deer United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in the Panhandle Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Panhandle.

David was born December 2, 1958 in Groom, TX to Leon Skeeter and Ruth Tuggle Martin. He graduated from Panhandle High School. He was a farm manager for A and E Stovall Farms. He married Kelly Taylor November 15, 1999 at Carlsbad, NM. where they lived happily ever after. He was a competition shooter and loved to bowl.

He was preceded in death by his Father.

David is survived by his wife Kelly of Panhandle. Mother Ruth Roeder of Amarillo. Sisters Sandra and husband Russ Schramm of Vancouver, WA. Cate Fox of Yellowstone WY. Tricia and Husband Larry Davis of Albuquerque, NM. Brenda and husband Ken Allen of Amarillo, TX. Donna and husband Wes Akin of Blue Ridge, TX.
