David Eugene Sibley, 61, passed away Friday, April 15, 2016.

David was born December 29, 1954 in Borger to Alta Ruth (Morrow) and Joseph Sibley.

He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Jimmie Sibley.

Survivors include his wife, Debbie; daughter, Racheal Oeleis and husband Steve of Borger; sons, Billy Sibley and wife Sudia and Brandon Sibley and wife Julia all of Corpus Christi; four grandchildren; brother, Kenneth Sibley and wife Cindy of Borger; and sister, Mary Ann Sibley of Borger.
