Deborah Howard

Deborah Kay Howard, 69, died January 24, 2021 at her home in Minco, Oklahoma. Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday at Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Debbie was born November 29, 1951 in Tullos, Louisiana to L. B. Morrow and Gordie Lowrey Morrow.  She graduated from Borger High School in 1969 and married Dennis Howard on August 30, 1969 in Panhandle.  Debbie loved to go to the cabin in Eagle Nest, Cooking, Fishing, Water Skiing and going to the casinos.  Nothing brought more joy to her than her grandkids, she loved to play all kinds of games with them. Dennis and Debbie even moved to Oklahoma to be close to the grandkids.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Carolyn Suggs.

Debbie is survived by her husband of Fifty-One years Dennis, her two sons Richard Howard and his wife Reagan of Minco, OK and David Howard and his wife Candace of Mustang, OK, her brother David Arnold and his wife Mary of Tennessee and her four grandchildren, Aspen, Talon, Haven and Hailey.

Casket Bearers will be Damon Tucker, Tyler Tucker, Eric Nickens, Wesley Nickens, Mike Suggs and Derril Hynes.
