Delon was born September 19,1950 in Spearman, TX to John R. and Martha Delon Kirk Allison. She married Paul Torres November 27,1974 in Spearman, TX. In 1977 they moved to Borger. She loved gardening and her pets.

She is survived by her husband Paul of Borger and a cousin Randy Kirk of Sprearman
