Delores Miles

Delores Deanie Miles, 72, died Monday, February 03, 2014 in Borger. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday at the Wesley United Methodist Church, with Rev. Donald Ward, pastor officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger. There will be a family visitation Thursday from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors in Borger.

Deanie was born September 13, 1941 in Peacock, Texas to Aubrey McMahon and Lainie McDonald McMahon. She married Jim Miles December 7, 1959 in Lubbock. She was a Houseparent at a group home for the TPC. She loved her clients at the group home and they enriched her life. She lived in Fritch since 1965 and was a Baptist. When she wasnt working she enjoyed garage sales and being with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Alvin McMahon, Eldon McMahon and Lowell McMahon and sisters Bennie Fawn Goodall and Nova Dell Simmons.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years Jim, 2 sons Jimmy Miles and his wife Donna of Seattle, WA and Joel Miles of Amarillo, 2 Daughters Gina Gile and her husband Steve of LaCygne, KS and Christy Campbell and her husband John of WarnerRobbins, GA, her brother Carl McMahon of Colorado and sister Sharla Nasta of Roswell, NM, ten Grandchildren Amber Goulding and Peter, Erin Dyck and Jeridan, Aubree Pauls and Ryan, Evan Miles, Asa Miles, Megan Gile, Kaitlin Gile, Timothy Campbell , Tony Campbell and Shannon Gallina and Lee, four Great Grandchildren Benjamin Goulding, Desmond Pauls, Draven Gallina and Lincoln Gallina and one due in May.
