Destiny Otte

Destiny Dawn Otte, 13, passed away Thursday, February 22, 2018.

Services will be held 11 am Tuesday, February 27, 2018 in the Minton Memorial Chapel with Pastor Mark England officiating. Destiny will lie in state beginning at 4 pm on Sunday, February 25, 2018. Services are under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Destiny was born March 19, 2004 in Llano, Texas to Delaney Bills Otte and Kendall Otte. She was a 7th grader at Sanford Fritch Junior High School. Destiny had a great sense of humor and like to play tricks on people. She enjoyed playing volleyball, skating and listening to music.

She is preceded in death by her grandfathers, Ronald Bills and Michael Harris.

Survivors include her mother, Delaney Otte of Sanford; father, Kendall Otte; sisters, Whitney Bills of Roanoke, Virginia, Kendra Otte of Sanford, Harley Otte of Sanford, Shyanne Memmott of Phoenix, Arizona; niece, Natalie; grandparents, Kim and Mary Otte of Buchanan Dam, Texas, Debbie Harris of Richfield, Utah; numerous aunts, uncles and a host of extended family.
