Donald Hill

Donald Edward Don Hill, 82 of Fritch died Saturday September 28th in Fritch. Memorial services will be 11:00 am, Friday, October 4th at Trinity Lutheran Church in Borger, with Rev. Dr. Tom Lapacka, pastor officiating. Cremation was under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Fritch.

Don was born December 5, 1930 in Reydon, Oklahoma to Herbert and Lilly Hammon Hill. He married Ruby Thiems December 30, 1950 in Shawnee, Oklahoma. He worked as an operator and later as an instrument man for Phillips Petroleum for 38 years. He moved to Fritch in 1982 from Phillips. He enjoyed woodworking and family gatherings. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Connie Banda, his parents, four brothers and four sisters.

He is survived by his wife Ruby of the home son, Tony and wife Jackie of Fritch daughters, Debby and husband Rodney Poole of Fritch and Donna and husband Bill Campos of Fritch brother John Hill of Nebraska sixteen grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and one great great grandson.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or your favorite charity.
