Doris Bell

Doris Jeanne Bell, 83, of Mount Pleasant, Texas died Saturday March 24th in Mount Pleasant. Graveside services will be 11:00 am Friday, March 30th at Westlawn Cemetery with Mr. Richard Kasko of Fritch Church of Christ officiating. Burial will be in the garden of Love at Westlawn Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Doris was born March 10, 1929 at Conway, Texas to Gains Oliver Pruitt and Alta McWhirter Pruitt. She grew up in Panhandle, where she graduated from Panhandle High School in 1946 She married Billy Clyde Bell Dec. 15, 1945 in Amarillo and raised her sons in Electric City, North of Borger. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and a son Mike, two brothers and one sister

She is survived by a son Gary Bell and wife Terry of Mount Pleasant, Texas. Five granddaughters Amber Petit of Athens, Crystal Hughes of Greenville, Courtney Starnes of Mckinney, Natalie Sherman of Haltom City and Karen Bell of Arlington. A sister Mozelle Urbanczyk of Panhandle. Brother Merl Pruitt of North Richland Hills. Ten Great grandchildren. She will also be rembered lovingly by her many nieces and nephews.
