Dorothy Jean Crocket died Sunday, July 27, 2008 in Amarillo,Texas.BRBRServices will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Bethel Baptist Church. Interment will be in The Garden of Serenity at Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Borger, Texas.BRBRMrs. Crockett was born on January 26, 1936 in Harleton, Texas. She had been a Borger resident since 1970. She was a cook for Sands Restaurant years ago and a member of Bethel Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Kenneth, seven brothers and two sisters.BRBRShe is survived by her son - Lewis Connie Crockett of Borger, daughter - Carolyn Ann Crockett of Dumas, brother - Richard Crockett of Wolf City, TX., sister - Velma Brooks of Longview, TX., three grandchildren - Dwayne Crockett, Jeremy Crockett Quisha Crockett.

The family will be staying at 801 Moody and 1423 Marigold St. in Borger.
