Dorothy Walker Hopkins, 55, of Washington D.C., passed away, Friday December 26 2008 .

Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. at Westlawn Memorial Park Saturday under the direction of MintonChatwell Funeral Directors of Borger. Visitation will be at the funeral home beginning at 10:00 a.m. Saturday.BRBRShe was born in Borger TX , June 12, 1953 to the late Nellie Mitchell and Willie Walker. She was a 1971 graduate of Borger High School and attended Frank Phillips College. Dorothy lived in Borger all her life until 1998 when she moved to Washington, DC.BRShe was preceded in death by her mother and father, sister - Margaret Parker, three brothers - William Walker, Ronald Paul Walker and Victor Walker.

She was survived by four Children: Valarie Walker-Scudder of Washington D.C.; Raymond Chu-Chu Walker of Houston TX ; Penni Ward-Sumpter of Irving TX; and Tanya Grays of Richardson TX, seven siblings are Barbara Smith and Sharon Walker of Indianapolis, IN , Penni Jackson, Nathan Walker, and Lisa Mitchell of Amarillo, TX , Debra Walker of St. Louis, MO , and Carolyn Mitchell-Bell of Washington, DC, and ten grandchildren - Chase and Alexa Scudder, Jamica, Jordan Janel Walker, Nellie Shae and Austin Embers, Jasmine Spears and Adrian Jasmine Loftus.BR
